Tasks and schedules

Put your weekly computer chores on autopilot.

Write a chore once, give it a name, and Dusty runs it whenever you ask, or on a schedule you choose. On your own computer, in your own apps, on Windows and Mac.

Chores people hand to Dusty

If you do it the same way every week, Dusty can do it for you. A few favorites:

Tidy the Downloads folder

Sort last week’s downloads into folders by type, and move old installers to the trash for you to empty.

Collect monthly invoices

Sign in to the vendor portals you name, download this month’s invoices and file them in one folder.

Rename a batch of files

Give scanned receipts or photos names you can search, like 2026-10 Hardware Store.

Keep apps up to date

Check the apps you rely on for updates and install them, then make sure each one opens.

Once, then on repeat

Dusty at a computer, listening to a request

1. Do it once with Dusty

Ask in normal language and approve the plan. Watch it work, and step in any time.

2. Make it a task

Write the job once and give it a name. From then on, ask Dusty to run it by name.

3. Put it on a schedule

A schedule runs the task on this computer at the time you choose. The computer has to be on and Dusty open.

Sign-ins, even when you are away

When you are at the computer, Dusty pauses at a sign-in and you type the password yourself. For a scheduled run with nobody there, save that login in the DustyWire app. It is stored encrypted on your computer, and Dusty types it there without ever sending it to the AI.

Pay for the runs, not a plan

No subscription. You get $5 of free credit when you confirm your email, then add balance only when you need it. Every run shows what it cost.
